CosmePay works with UK medical-tourism agencies and patient coordinators arranging cosmetic treatment in Türkiye.
Our role is to provide the payment infrastructure and practical local support that helps our partners deliver a more organised service to their patients.
We can manage payments to surgeons, clinics, hospitals and accommodation providers, whether those providers have been introduced by CosmePay or are already used by the agency.
Patients can make their approved payments directly through a dedicated patient portal, or the agency can manage and instruct payments through its own agency portal.
CosmePay does not replace the agency or take over its relationship with the patient. The agency retains its brand, patients, providers and existing commercial arrangements.

CosmePay can arrange payments to approved surgeons, clinics, hospitals and accommodation providers in Türkiye.
Our payment service can include international bank transfers, payments in multiple currencies, competitive currency conversion and cash payments in Turkish Lira

Patients can use a dedicated portal to view and make their approved treatment and accommodation payments directly.
Partner agencies can use their own portal to manage and instruct payments to the providers they use in Türkiye.
Each portal is tailored specifically to the users needs.

CosmePay can also provide introductions to prospective patients, Turkish surgeons, clinics, hospitals and suitable accommodation providers.
Turkish–English translation and interpretation support can also be provided where required.

CosmePay works alongside your agency rather than seeking to replace it.
You retain control of your patient relationships, branding, pricing and existing commercial arrangements. We will not redirect your patients to alternative surgeons, clinics or providers.
Where you already have established relationships in Türkiye, CosmePay can support payments to those providers once they have been agreed and registered for the service.
Where you need additional support, we can help identify and introduce suitable surgeons, clinics, hospitals and accommodation providers.

The patient receives access to a dedicated portal showing the treatment and accommodation payments that have been approved for their arrangements.
The patient can make payments through the portal, and CosmePay arranges onward settlement to the relevant providers in Türkiye.

The agency receives access to an agency portal through which it can view approved providers and manage or instruct payments connected with its patients.
In both cases, payments can only be made to the surgeons, clinics, hospitals and accommodation providers agreed for the service.
