CosmePay helps UK medical-tourism agencies and patient coordinators manage payments to approved surgeons, clinics, hospitals and accommodation providers in Türkiye.
We understand that one of the biggest practical challenges in arranging treatment abroad is making payments in a way that is simple, transparent and suitable for the patient, the agency and the provider. CosmePay is designed to make that process easier.
Our payment service can support treatment and accommodation payments connected with agreed arrangements in Türkiye. This may include international bank transfers, payments in multiple currencies, competitive currency conversion, card-payment facilities and local cash settlement in Turkish lira where a provider prefers to be paid in cash.
CosmePay can arrange payments to:

Payments can be managed in two ways.
Where appropriate, a patient may be given access to a secure patient portal through which they can view and make their approved treatment and accommodation payments directly.
Partner agencies may also be given access to a secure agency portal through which they can manage and instruct payments to their approved providers in Türkiye.
In each case, the service is limited to the agreed providers connected with the relevant arrangements. It cannot be used to add unrelated beneficiaries or make general-purpose payments.

CosmePay’s role is limited to agreed payment and support services.
CosmePay does not provide a general-purpose payment account and does not offer an unrestricted facility for sending money to unrelated beneficiaries. The service is restricted to approved providers connected with the relevant treatment and accommodation arrangements.
CosmePay does not provide medical advice, determine clinical suitability or guarantee treatment outcomes.
CosmePay holds money received for approved payments in a designated ring-fenced account, separate from our day-to-day operating funds.
The money is recorded against the relevant patient or agency arrangement and may only be used to make the approved treatment and accommodation payments connected with that arrangement.
CosmePay can receive and arrange payments in more than 25 currencies. These include:
